A “unique in-person experience” at Apple Park will be a part of Apple’s upcoming Worldwide Developers Conference, which is scheduled for June 5, 2023. At this event, the company is rumored to make its Reality Pro headset debut.
Reliable sources claim that Apple will demonstrate its cutting-edge extended reality headset at this event, where it is anticipated to set a new benchmark for VR and AR devices. According to recent trademark applications, the name will presumably be Reality Pro or Reality One. The “Pro” designation would be most suitable given that the cost is reportedly $3,000.00. With the negative response from employees and the fact that this is still just a rumour, Apple may decide to postpone the announcement.
The main focus of the multiday WWDC, which takes place from June 5 to June 9, is operating system updates. The upcoming changes are previewed for developers, and in some circumstances, if a significant product announcement occurs, hardware developer’s kits are made available. For instance, in anticipation of the fall introduction of the M1 CPU, Apple announced an Apple Silicon Mac mini at the WWDC 2020.
Apple’s developer website provides a request form if you’d want to attend in person. Apple says that submissions are welcome until 9 a.m. PT on April 4 and that the selection procedure is random.
Highlights of the upcoming updates to iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS will be presented at the keynote address on June 5 and continued discussions in more detail will continue in the days that follow.
If the Reality Pro is indeed shown off at WWDC 2023, Apple may find it to be a nerve-wracking experience. Apple’s mixed reality headgear is rumored to either succeed like the iPhone or fail miserably. During the event, Apple will be as cool as ever, but in the days that follow, Apple’s reputation will be at stake.
Apple will also broadcast the event live on its website on June 5. Be tuned for more information, lots of rumor’s, and perhaps even some leaks.
