Step 3: Choose Block next from the Manage friendship menu. To confirm, select Block once more.

How to unblock people on Snapchat

You can unblock a Snapchat friend if you later change your mind and want to. This is how:

Step 1: Launch the Snapchat app on your smartphone. then click the symbol for your profile.

Step 2: Choose the Settings gear icon after that. Locate the Account activities area at the bottom of the Settings screen. Choose Blocked from this section.

Step 3: Choose the grey X icon next to the name of the person you wish to unblock on the Blocked screen. Choose Yes to confirm after that.

How to prevent Snapchat users you’re not friends with from contacting you

Perhaps prohibiting strangers from contacting you at all on Snapchat is the problem for you rather than blocking individual Snapchat pals. If that’s the case, you should be aware that you can prevent people who aren’t your friends from contacting you. You must navigate to the Snapchat Settings screen in order to do this rather than the Talk screen.

Here’s how to stop strangers from messaging you on Snapchat:

Step 1: Choose the Profile icon in the Snapchat app after launching it on your smartphone.

Step 2: Then select the Settings gear icon.

Step 3: Go to the Privacy control area of the Settings page and choose Contact me.

(This option may also show up as Who can contact me.)

Step 4: Choose the Friends option on the following screen. By doing this, you’ll be sure that nobody except Snapchat friends can get in touch with you.
