The best Talismans in Elden Ring

In Elden Ring, character enhancement options go far beyond simply levelling up. When it comes down to it, your stats may be affected more by what you have equipped than, uh, even your stats. You may transform a respectable build into an overpowering beast that can dispatch of a boss as quickly as a normal mob by using your weapon, shield, armour, and consumables. In previous Souls games, gathering and equipping the greatest rings to buff up the necessary attributes or provide a much-needed advantage in one particular area was one of the most crucial components of any character’s setup. Elden Ring’s rings are no longer present, but they have been exchanged for talismans that are almost exactly the same.

Talismans and rings have the same purpose. There are initially only two seats available, but you can eventually fill all four. Of course, there are many more talismans than just four throughout the game, so you’ll need to decide which ones are most crucial for your character to wear at all times or in all circumstances. Some are generally good all the time, while others are better in certain circumstances, and some still won’t ever serve a purpose for your run. It can be challenging to decide which are the best ones when there are so many to be found throughout the Lands Between. We searched the area and crunched the stats to identify the top talismans in Elden Ring that you should grab.

Radagon’s Soreseal

Radagon’s Soreseal is almost always considered to be the best talisman. Simply reading the description might lead you to believe that it isn’t worthwhile due to the ambiguous language used. It just states in the description, “Greatly raises attributes, but also increases damage taken,” which sounds like a horrible deal. The phrase “greatly” is actually terribly understated. When worn, this talisman actually raises your vitality, endurance, strength, and dexterity by a whopping five levels. That’s correct, donning only one Talisman will give you 20 levels of advancement! What about that rise in the harm sustained? Your overall damage will be roughly 15% higher, but the extra HP you’re getting from it more than makes up for that. The sole For players with spell- and miracle-focused builds, this wouldn’t be a good bargain, but if you’re swinging anything, Radagon’s Soreseal will enhance your hit power, stamina, and HP. Just be cautious when using it as you get closer to the soft and hard level caps.

You can purchase Radagon’s Soreseal in Caelid’s Fort Faroth. To find it, you must descend all the way to the bottom, climb a ladder, traverse a roof, and plunge through a hole.

Green Turtle Talisman

Although it might still be worthwhile for other builds, this next choice is again more for builds that use some sort of melee option. One of those talismans that is difficult to give up once used is the green turtle. It accelerates the rate of recovery for your stamina. Consider the Grass Crest Talisman from Dark Souls as a shield-like item. It increases recovery speed by eight points, which may not seem like much to you as a number, but when you really see it, you’ll see just how dramatically that pace is improved when you need to squeeze in one more roll or one more swing to complete a move boss. To significantly reduce your stamina recovery time, stack this effect with the Green Turtle Shell, another turtle-themed gear.

This Talisman is found in a chest underneath Summon water Village, but requires the use of a Stones word Key to unlock a fog gate to access.

Erdtree’s Favor

The Erdtree’s Favour, particularly the +2 variant, can serve as a respectable replacement or complement, even though it isn’t quite on the same level as Radagon’s Soreseal. This talisman directly raises your vigour, stamina, and load of equipment. You gain around 4% additional HP, little under 10% Stamina, and 8% Equip Load if you purchase the +2 version. Unlike most others that provide a flat numerical benefit, this Talisman scales with your character because it is percentage-based. There is place for this talisman regardless of the character you are running, even though it is still optimal for melee-oriented characters. Every build might benefit from having more HP, Stamina, and even Equip Load.

The Fingefolk Hero’s Cave has Erdtree’s Favor in its most basic form, which is concealed behind a fog gate that requires a Stones word Key to open. The boss Mohg, The Omen, who is extremely difficult on his own, guards the +1 version until much later, when you have descended all the way into the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds. Even harder to obtain is the +2 version. Go to the Forbidden Lands Site of Grace once you’ve reached Lyndell, Ashen Capital, a late-game region. In order to obtain the Erdtree’s Favor, you must either manage to defeat three Ulcerated Tree Spirits, even if one of them is a challenging opponent.

Marika’s Soreseal

Unfortunately, this is yet another late-game talisman. At the conclusion of the Consecrated Snowfields, you must arrive at the Haligtree, a hidden optional zone. When you arrive, make your way through the dangerous area until you reach the Prayer Room Site of Grace. A fog gate that is locked with two Stonesword Keys is located directly outside this area, making it quite the investment to open it.

Graven-Mass Talisman

Stay with the Graven-Mass Talisman, which is designed for Intelligence builds. For anyone who casts Sorceries as their main attack method, this is a no-brainer because its result is to simply “greatly” improve the potency of Sorceries. Gain, although Elden Ring prefers to keep the precise statistics a secret, it has been determined that this talisman increases your Sorcery damage by a nice 8%. That makes the Graven-Mass Talisman, like Erdtree’s Favour, increasingly effective as you level up because the percentage increase just keeps growing.

Another difficult to obtain talisman is this one. To get to the Albinuraic Rise tower on the east side of the map, you must first enter the Consecrated Snowfields and make your way through the snowy landscape. You must first solve a small problem in order for this tower, like all the others, to unlock. There are two possible solutions in this situation: One involves using a Bewitching Branch item on either of the two statues of imps outdoors, bringing that imp to life and making it attack the other. You could also just call them if you have the Fanged Imp Ashes to get the same result. Simply enter the tower to collect your reward after the seal has been broken.

Crimson Amber Medallion

The Crimson Amber Medallion is a perfectly acceptable choice to make if you have an open slot and are unsure of what to do with it. The +1 and +2 variations of this medallion are available in addition to the standard version, which you can even receive as a starting gift. Each of these directly increases your maximum health, giving you an extra 6% in the base version, 7% for the +1, and 8% for the +2. Again, we have to sacrifice it for a scaling item that cannot be out-leveled, but even so, it is still a quite uninteresting Talisman in comparison to other ones. However, if the only negative thing we can say about it is that it only provides you with HP, the most precious

The base model of the Crimson Amber Medallion can either be accepted as a welcome gift or purchased for 1,500 Runes from the Nomadic Merchant on the Weeping Peninsula’s eastern tip. You need to reach Volcano Manor to get the +1 version. From the Prison Town Church Site of Grace, proceed through the town and use a Stonesword Key to unlock the gated entrance. Run up the stairs and past the adversary to grab the Talisman. Finally, you must wait until you reach Lyndell, Capital of Ash, and overthrow Melkite in order to get the greatest version. Drop down into the sewers onto the wooden beam from the Site of Grace of the same name, then take it.
