How to transfer a Netflix profile:
Transferring a Netflix profile from an account involves numerous procedures. The account owner must first enable profile transfers before anything else. Here’s how:
Log in to the account of the main account holder.
Check out the Account page.
Select Turn on profile transfers under Settings.
Choose Allow.
A confirmation email from Netflix with the subject Account update: Soon, profile transfers will be possible.
Select Enable Instantly from the confirmation email after opening it.
If you don’t enable immediately, the function will activate two days after step 4 has been completed.
Users on the account can transfer qualified profiles to open a new account once profile transfers are enabled. This is how:
Open a web browser and log into the Netflix account that has the profile you wish to use to create a new account.
Browse to the Account page.
The profile selection drop-down on your homepage also offers this choice.
In the section titled Profiles and Parental Controls, pick the profile you want to use to create a new account with.
Find the Transfer link in the Transfer Profile section, and then click it. NOTE: The profile will remain on the original account as a copy on Netflix.
Choose a password for the new account and enter your desired email address.
To complete account setup, adhere to the on-screen instructions.
The new Netflix account will be usable once the profile has been transferred.
